Swollen Painful Spot On The Feet. Pain Spreading From Ankle To Foot. Reason?
hello, my son and daughter both have a swollen spot on both feet. It is very painful, swollen, red, and tight. It started by the ball of the bottom of the foot near where the joint is that connects the big toe to the foot. It has not spread to the bottom of the big toe. my daughters spread to the top of her foot now too.

Hi, it appears to be the ganglion projection from the joint . uuually it is pain less, as it is near the most moving part it might be paining, or may be some skin lesion.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Avoid giving them tubers, tomato,and sea foods. Thank you.
