ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through query regarding swollen taste buds, dryness in mouth, bumps on tongue but no pain is there.

Considering all aspects of your symptoms since no pain is there therefore infective pathology is ruled out and the possible reason is ALLERGIC.

Here to treat it you may take antiallergic, anti inflammatory and cold and liquid diet.

Regards.
