Swollen Toe, Itching And Burning Sensation. Applied Miconazale Cream. What Is The Cure?

On 3 different occasions my pinky toes have become swollen, itchy with a burning sensation, and then ooze fluid. One time for the rt toe and twice for the left. It is happening as I type this. The first time I thought a spider had bitten me. The second time I was given miconazale/anti itch cream. This time I feel like my toe is going to explode.
