Swollen Vagina, Sore Breasts And Nausea. Have History Of Irregular Periods And Thyroid Problems. Pregnant?

Hi I recently had sex for the first time about a week ago. My vagina didn't hurt right after, but now about 6 days later it is swollen and very sensitive. My breasts hurt. I have fatigue and I felt nauseous this morning. Do I need to take a pregnancy test and is it to early? I am 24 years old, weight is about 153, 5'5" , and have had a history with thyroid problems, and very irregular periods.

Hi,
You have not mentioned about treatment for thyroid problem/irregular periods. Still there is possibility of conception in fertile age/unprotected sex.
The breast signs of pregnancy takes at least 15 days time from fertilization. So I think the soreness/ swelling of of vagina/breast you have can be attributed to the stress of first intercourse you had.
The pregnancy can be confirmed by blood HCG test about 20 days of sex/ around the expected date of next menses.
