As you are diabetic typeII there is high risk of
heart disease (ischeamic heart disease, where there is compromised blood supply to heart due to atherosclerotic
plaque deposit in arterial wall)this is the reason why you underwent this TMT test.
But as you have undergone
Echocardiography your report says there is mild concentric LV hypertrophy that means that there is increse in muscle mass of heart that may result in this test of TMT as positive (called false positive that implies though there is no disease the test result shows positive)
As you are Diabetic it is essential that your blood sugar is controlled.
Now in view of the risk that your are more prone to heart disease and TMT shows positive result (may be false positive) you should undergo a superior test that is also noninvasive like Echo and TMT but can reveal if there is underlying heart disease the test that you need to now undergo is
Stress Myocardial perfusion scan done by a Nuclear Medicine Dept.
If you need further help regarding the test please reply
I can help in this regard
