TTC. Scan Shows Retroverted Modularly Enlarged Uterus With Multiple Myoma, Trilaminar Endometrium, No Fluid In Cul De Sac. Explain

I am 42 yrs of age, my husband and I been trying to have kids since we've been married. My doctor referred me to take transvaginal scan. I just want to know the remarks resulted in my cynecology and fertility ultrasound test, here it is: Multiply myoma: Posterior intramural measuring 3.98x3.66x3.20cm. Right lateral lowe segment intramural measuring 0.74x0.57x0.95cm. While the impression shows: Retroverted modularly enlarged uterus with multiple myoma. Trilaminar endometrium. Normal ovaries with leading follicle on the left. No fluid in the cul-de-sac. Uterus is retroverted L 5.11cm W 6.18cm H 6.82cm. Cervix 2.23x2.15x2.41cm. Endometrium 0.67cm. Ovaries (Right) L 1.33 W 0.95 H 1.33cm Vol 0.88ml (Left) L 2.12 W 1.97 H 1.86cm Vol 4.07ml. Am I still capable to conceive?

Thanks for your query.
You have multiple fibroids in your uterus.
These are benign tumours of the uterine muscle.
Right now , from the ultrasound scan, it appears as if they are not indenting or distorting the uterine cavity.
At 42, you also need assessment of your ovarian reserve, that is capacity of ovaries to produce good quality eggs .
You also need surgical removal of the fibroids ( myomectomy )
Please consult an Infertility specialist, and after myomectomy, consider IVF ( in vitro fertilization ) strongly before you age further.
