Taken Wellbutrin, Ativan, Xanax For Anxiety Without Relief. Any Suggestions?

I've tried Wellbutrin the last 2 months. I hated it! It made me so mean, and irritable! It's causing lots of problems w/ my family life! I have no patience and usually have patience of a saint! So I stopped it! Ativan, Xanxac for anxiety. No relief! My dr. Wanted me to try Lexapro 10 mg. but I refused. Mainly because I just lost 30 lbs. for depression meds.
I refuse to gain it back!
Any suggestions? What about Cymbalta? I don't know if it's depression/anxiety or menopause! Help!!

I have gone through your available history.

Wellbutrin contains bupropion. It may be possible to have jitteriness and irritability with bupropion.
There are many other drugs like agomelatine or escitalopram or sertraline or mirtazepine, duloxetine etc.

Before starting any medication, you should consult your psychiatrist. Doctor may rule out physical causes of your symptoms like thyroid dysfunction or vitamin b12 deficiency etc.

You may get benefit by doing stress management and relaxation therapy like breathing exercise.
