Taken Birth Control Pill After Unprotected Sex. Breast Tenderness, Cramps, White Discharge, Abdominal Pain. Problem?

After 48 hours of my unprotected physical relation i had taken birth control pill, but my mestrual was not clear very light bleeding only discharged small size brown clots. And my breast tenderness and cramps , feel very lazy & stomach feels fuller , regulary discharged of cottage cheesy, milkey white liquid, its itchy but very low odor like burning & lower abdominal pain , to clear the pregency i had done UPT at lab. My result was negative, what is the problem with me?
