What to do if rh sensitized need 2nd baby? Wife is o- hubby is b+ 1st child also positive.... And not get rhogam shot after that 2nd pregnancy miscarige then getting know about that and get rhogam shot but now what... Thinking for 2nd and worried about complication..plz help All sensitized mother tell us what to do and what happened now...

Do not worry.
The incidence of Rh sensitization is only 4 %.
You should have ICT test every 4 weeks from the second trimester of pregnancy onwards.
If ICT is negative, no cause for worry.
If ICT is positive, then the tests are repeated every 4 weeks, till a critical titre is reached.
At the critical titre, amniocentesis is carried out, and if required, intra uterine transfusion can be done.`
