Taking Ayurvedic Medicine For Foot And Hand Pain. History Of Breast Pain. What To Do?
Dr I am sixty three years old, having breast pain for one year, I took homeo and it went. Becausr of benign calcification it was paining. But now nothing. Now I am having foot pain and my right hand paining, I am taking ayurveda medicine, Varanadi churnam, aswagandharishta, and pidantak vati two times, I am having vitamin d 3 deficiency, half only is there, so what should I do, can I want to take something dr, please mail me.

Hi, it appears that you have to use suppliments of vitamin D, which are available these days,and exposure to sun light is also a natural way of getting the vitaminD.
If you prefer there can be suppliments in aurveda also. for that you have to consult an aurvedic doctor. Thank you.
