Taking Mirtazapine And Escitanoplan For Depression And Anxiety. Need To Change Medicine?

I have been taking Mirtazapine 15mg and escitanoplan 10mg for one year, but I feel that I need to change.
I'm better than before, less depression and anxious, but with the routine life my depression and anxious come more.
I really feel that I have to change for other medicine that work better or increase the mg to 20mg.
Do I have to change the medicine or change for more mg?

You must consult your doctor again. In case there are persisting symptoms, there might be some change in medication that he might want to make.
It could be increasing the dose or may be even change in medication itself.
If your symptoms are worsening on days when it is tough in office, you may not need any changes in medications, but some alternate approaches and lifestyle modifications like psychotherapy or yoga and relaxation may help you better with minimal side-effects.
