Taking Birth Control Pills. Taken Clarithromycin For Cold. Causing Delay Of Period?

I'm 32 years old.
I'm on birth control pills (Low ogestrel 28). On Sat 3rd it was last pill of the pack. At the same time I had a cold infection and was put on clarithromycin right on the Sat 3rd. Today is Tue 6th (third day after bc pills) and the bleeding hasn't come yet. Could the antibiotic (clarithromycin) cause a delay or lack of my periods?

Hi,
Nothing to worry, after completion of tablet many a time it takes 4-5 days for having period.
And due to infection it may prolong as well.
