Taking Myrbetriq For Bladder Incontinence Why Am I Gaining Weight After Colonoscopy?

I am taking Myrbetriq for bladder incontinence. I wonder if it is causing water retention. I had a colonoscopy and I hear my friends say they weigh pounds less after flushing themselves out pre-procedure. I gained 1-2 pounds from the flushing. Thoughts?
