Taking Pantacid For Heartburn, Stomach Irritation. Diagnosed Lax Les Oesophagitis. Prescribed Tilpride, Prepro. Should I Continue Medication?
I have heartburn and irritation in stomach and i took almost a year Pantacid DSR prescribed by a doctor. Now If I am not taking even a day pantacid, I am getting more heartburn and irritation in stomach. I checked another doctor and he diagnosed this as lax les oesophagitis ( examined and conducted Endoscopy).
and he prescribed "TILPRIDE" and "PREPRO" tablets for 3 months.

I think its a great idea for you to continue to medications as prescribed by your physician. Results at times might need to take some time. It is also at the discretion of the physician in agreement with you, depending on the clinical evolution and control results of the fibroscopy to modify treatment or not. This will be helpful to your stomach for digestion and improve the motility.
Take proper diet like more fiber diet,vegetable salads,fruits and juices.
Avoid red and green chilly in your food.
Avoid oily,junk food and over eating.
Make your diet pattern regular or take small frequent meals.
Start regular exercise and yoga.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
