Hi, I would like to know about your symptoms which are labelled as migraine. Based on your query, I can recommend some non pharmacologic treatments like biofeedback with help of a machine which makes you aware of various body sensations & helps in getting over various pain conditions like migraine. There are other options like Progressive muscular relaxation technique, mindfulness based meditation techniques which are taught by Psychologists. My sincere advice is dont abruptly stop your prescribed meds & taper them after consulting your doctor. Regards
