Taste Of Soap On Tip Of Tongue, Dizziness, Headache, Ear Ache. Anything To Worry?
Hi, i was out with a friend playing pool when all of a sudden i had a taste of soap on the tip of my tongue, i then began to feel dizzy and gain a sudden headache and earache. The pain from my ears then travelled to my eyes and i began to feel sick. I have not had any alcohol or taken any drugs. Im really scared, should i be worried?
Hello, Thanks for posting your query. Dizziness, headache, earache and altered taste sensation are the symptoms usually associated with impacted wisdom tooth which is inflammed. I would advice you to visit a dentist and get a thorough clinical evaluation done. Grossly decayed teeth if present, has to be extracted. Impacted teeth has to be extracted or flap overlying tooth has to be removed to enhance tooth eruption. Maintain oral hygiene well. Rinse your mouth after every meals. Gargle frequently using warm saline or betadine solution. Take care.
