Hi, I am 19 yrs. Not sexually active. I am a week late on my menstrual cycle. Lately I have been experiencing sharp piercing pain in my lower abdomen. These are worst in the mornings, and when I need to urinate, which has also dramatically increased. The rest of the time, I only feel the sharp pain when pressure is applied to my lower abdomen
