I am 18 years with regular menstrual periods.(weak in constitution but healthy). Last week I had pain ( 6TH day )in the left lower abdomen. I had vomiting when I tried any liquid or solid food for one day. I suffered with discomfort in abdomen like gas.. .My Ultra Scan (abdomen ), (done on 10 th day) indicates every thing is normal except

Large heterogeneous lesion (8.2X6.3Cm) with cystic component (5x 5.7 Cm) in POD right side --? Hemoeehagic right para ovarian cyst

Minimal ascitis

Left ovary is not visualized

Right ovary 3.4x3.4 cms normal in size echo te

Good afternoon
You have right tubo ovarian mass(cyst)
Cyst can be physiological(functional cysts) or pathological.
If its physiological it will resolve with time and disappear however if its pathological it may need antibiotic and if there is no change in size, then it has to be removed surgically.
You need to see gynecologist for further examination.
