hi.red and bleeding gums are signs of gingivitis, which is due to deposition of plaque and calculus.go for oral prophylaxis.yellow teeth may be due to external stains or due to dental flurosis.visit your nearby dentist, and go for thorough oral prophylaxis.wish u good health

hello caitlin,
as you said you do not brush your teeth and now these are yellowish and your gums are bleeding. this problem because of poor oral hygiene.because of poor oral hygiene food got accumulated over teeth and gums and this destroyed teeth and supporting structures like gums and bone and ligament. now i will suggest you please go to a dentist as soon as possible and go for complete examination done.go for scaling and please follow all the given instructions properly.nothing to get worried.but tale an immediate action for your teeth, other wise you can loose your teeth.
take care

Dentist Dr. Benley George's  Response
Hi,
First you should get out of the fear of dentist. Bleeding of gums is the first sign of gingivitis. You should get a scaling of your teeth done atleast once in a year. Flossing of your teeth should be done once daily. Dont forget to clean your tongue using a tongue scraper after brushing. Change your tooth brush once in 3 months. Visit your dentist for a routine check up every 6 months.

AT 14 GOING TO A DENTIST 5 TIMES IS A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT. BUT EVERYTIME YOU HAD BEEN THERE YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD A COMPLETE ORAL PROPHYLAXIS DONE. THIS ELIMINATES PLAQUE TARTAR DEPOSITED ON YOUR TOOTH SURFACES, WHICH MJAKES YOUR TEETH YELLOW IN COLOR. DONT WORRY DENTIST WILL NOT PULL OUT YOUR TEETH OR WILL GIVE YOU BRACES. ITS JUT DENTAL ROUTINE ONE NEEDS TO FOLLOW EVERY 6 MONTHS. STILL HAVE DOUBTS CAN CALL 9920984915
