There Are Two Bumps Behind My Leg Where The Calf
There are two bumps behind my leg where the calf and thigh meet. I do not know if they are stretch marks. But there are two bumps and when I touch them they feel like lines or a vain, but I find it weird that there are two bumps on top of them. The lines I'm feeling protrude a little bit to.

From history it seems that you might be having starting of varicose vein or some vascular occlusion or impairment of venous circulation.
Consult vascular surgeon and get examined.
Color Doppler will be helpful.
