helo sir/madam, i have 3 times UTI problem in a year. Is it possible it may again in future? how i prevent myself from this type of diease?plz..suggest..any healthy food which i can eat? tks wth rgd

I would suggest you do a Culture and sensitivity of urine and use appropriate mediction if not done that way.
Teat your HBA1c level and ay chronic disease you may have. Get Your LFT and all profiles done.
Need a x-ray KUB region.
You can take urine alkanizer daily twice a day-like citralka/or Ural sachet 1 bd daily. and cranbeery juice.
see how it goes.
