Throat Pain, Unable To Swallow, No Fever. Taken Ogmantine. Help?

hi I had a pain in my throat with a dry cough and difficulty swallowing three weeks ago -no fever , after 5 days I didnt recover so . I took ogmantine 1gram. for 1 week . I felt better then after 3 days from. stopping antibiotic I have the same feeling so I continued theantibiotic. I thought that I stopped too soon . now i am on it and I woke up at night with pain when I swallow .. very painful only when I swallow.

you are suffering from recurrent pharyngitis, it should not proceed to Laryngitis.You have to under go full E.N.T examination to now the level of spread of infection,if needed Throat swab to know the type and virulence of the organisms
