Time Taken For Contusion To Develop Receiving Aspirin Daily? Are The Stages Of Re-absorption Of Hemoglobin Same?

How long does if take for a contusion to develop in an individual receiving 81mg of aspirin daily and who is 60 years old? Are the stages of re-absorption of hemoglobin the same as in a patient not receiving aspirin therapy and of a similar age? For instance a normal contusion will appear red/dark purple at onset, then will turn black, then green, then yellow?
Thanks
