Tingling, Fullness In Breasts Near Nipples. Reduced Caffeine Intake, With More Intake Of Water. Menopausal Symptoms?

Ok this has been going on for about a week, I have a painful tingling and heavy fullness feeling in my breasts, near the nipples especially when I remove my bra, get up in the morning, and can wake my when I turn over at nite. Any suggestions that could help? I have reduced my caffeine intake and in creased my water intake. I am going to be fifty hits month and am already experiencing lots of menepause symptoms but geeze more?

hi,
these generally happens when someone is pregnant, i am not sure about your sex life currently and protection. if not then, it must be some hormonal variations, may be related to your menopausal symptoms. some times happens in firbrocyctic diseases also. so meet your gynecologist once.
