Tingling, Numbness And Pain In The Arms After An Accident. Need To Get Checked?

Hello. My son had a 4 wheeler accident a couple years ago. Ever since that he has been experiencing bilateral arm tingling, numbness and pain. He was seen in the ED right after the accident. He landed on his shoulder blade and was disoriented for a short time. He seen a neurologist, however he didn't have a clear understanding of a diagnosis. He doesn't have insurance at this time. Would seeing a chiropractor for an alignment/adjustment be beneficial?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
First we should find out the cause of his problem.
He might have some injury to cervical vertebrae during accident and might be giving irritation or pressure to nerves passing through these vertebrae.
So go for x-ray cervical region.
Consult orthopedic surgeon ask for the treatment or physiotherapy accordingly.
Ok and bye.
