Tingling Pain Below Armpit. Pimples Along Jawline. Any Ideas?

HI I all of a sudden today have had a very sharp, then tingly pain below my armpit. It will last a while then fade but has happened numerous times today. Any ideas? Also I see you are a dermatologist....is it true that when you break out along your jawline it is hormonal? The third and fourth week of my cycle I get huge pimples along my jawline. When I pop them, I know I shouldn't they have extreme amounts of puss and bleed and bleed. What's best to do about this?

Hi,

You are having acne vulgaris.

The disease might be exacerbated by hormonal disturbances before menstruation.

Anxiety and stress can also increase the disease.

Oily food, ghee and milk may worsen the condition.

Avoid stress, anxiety and all factors which worsen the disease.

Take antibiotics like minocyclin or azithromycine for long time.

Apply clindamycine gel.

Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash.

You might be improved.

If neede,You may contact dermatologist.

Thanks.
