Tinitus, Extra Sensitive Hearing, Sleeplessness After Taking Voltaren Gel 1% Anaphylactic. Suggest In Case Of Heart Attack

I had a reaction to Voltaren Gel 1%. Anaphylactic. I was awake and unable to sleep for 7 days. During that time I had extra sensitive hearing. I do have tinnitus most of the time. I have two questions
1. Is it common for people to hear better during a reaction to the aspirin base in the gel?
2. I would like to know if I have a heart attack what can I do, since I found out I am allergic to Voltaren.

Hers are the answers of your questions first no this not the case in common the hearing sensation does not increase in anaphylactic reaction, if it does happened to you then it must be exceptional case, which could be very uncommon second no you wont get heart attack because this ( The very common cause of heart attack is atherosclerosis )
