Tiredness, Hair Loss, Change In Voice, Weight Gain, High BP, Cholesterol, Rapid Heart Rate. Have Goitre. Suggestion?

I am a female 61 years.For th last 2 years.I been felling tired,hair loss voice change,weight gain,high blood ,cholesterol.depression,excessive,sweating ,heat intolerance,memory loss,rapid heart rate.and the list gos on.I Been told is all menopause .I have a goitre ,noodles adrenal glands ,and noodles on my thyroids.But doctors said is all in my head.I don't kow wath else to do.All i kow i fell very sick,to the point i don't want ,to get up from bed.PLEASE CAN U TELL-ME WHAT IS.MARY.

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.
It seens that all your symptoms can be attributed to thyroid dysfuction. You need to go blood investigations like thyroid function test and vitamine B 12 level. You may get prescription from your doctor.

If you have mutiple nodule on endocrine glands, pituitary malfunction has to be ruled out.
In case of depression you should consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management.
