Toddler Speaks Few Words, Advised Speech Therapy, Has Greyish Lines Under The Tongue. What Could It Be?

My son is 19 months and he has not talked. He has been evaluated by our pediatrician and she said it may be due to our bi lingual home. She also said the baby may have delayed speech and we have started speech therapy . Well, I found two strange greyish line under his tongue today and I was wondering what it could be. Thank you.

Pediatrician 's  Response
if child is not bale to speak after 19 month this is definitely delayed speech .
but if all other developmental domain is normal . then not to be much worried . most of the time speech may be delayed but this normalized later on . continue speech therapy .
tongue tie did not lead to delayed sppech.
thanks
