Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic
Weight gain can be achieved by making sure that the amount of calories you put into your body is more than the calorie or energy you put out.
To use more calories you can increase the amount of food that you eat and the frequency. It would be best to avoid overtly unhealthy food.
(1)To increase the calories of each meal you can add small amount of high calorie dressings, peanut butter, oil, add avocados to sandwiches,
wheat germ to cereals, powdered milk to casseroles
(2) eat healthy food high in calories such as potatoes, avocadoes, eggs, fish, lean red meat, poultry, whole grain bread,
(3) relax and avoid fidgeting and
restlessness. These would burn off calories and prevent weight gain
(4)Increase the portion size of your meals, if you would normally take one spoonful of pasta or rice or meat- take 2 instead
(5) a weight lifting program would help to add muscle mass
It is important to remember that our inner characterisitics are much more important than our outer.Good luck
