Took Pills For Abortion. Have Von Willebrand's Disease. Have Cramps, Bleeding. What Could Be The Problem?

Hi I have Von willabrants disease and took the pills for the abortion at 7 weeks of pregnancy. I had horrible cramps and bled heavily. That was august 8th. Since then I have not stopped bleeding not even 1 day. A few weeks ago I stood up and blood soaked my pants and looked like I'd been shot due to so much blood. That has happend 3 x since the abortion. Today I woke up and cramping really bad with big clots of blood. What could be going on?

Hello
Thanks for your query.
YOu should consult a gynecologist at the earliest.
There could be incomplete abortion, leading to uncontrolled bleeding.
THis happens with failure of medical abortion.
You might require factor VIII and Vw factor replacement to control the bleeding.
AN ultrasound scan should confirm that the abortion was complete.
Please consult a doctor, as such severe bleeding could lead to severe anemia, haemorrhage, shock and collapse.
All the best.
