Took Rectal Suppository Orally. What Will Happen ?
I accidentally grabbed the wrong package an ended up taking two Dulcolax Rectal Suppositories orally. What will most likely occur? Will the medicine still be effective? Would it be bad to go and take the oral tablets now with the suppositories still in my system? Thanks!

Dulcolax is Bisacodyl;a laxative .The suppositories are normally taken per rectal;but since you accidentally took it orally the effect of medicine will remain same it will not cause any harm to you but next time be careful.As the medicine will be effective do not take another dose of the medicine orally.
