What is the best treatment options for multi-drug resistant klebsiella pneumoniae infection. As per the culture and sensitivity report it is only sensitive to colistin and tigecycline and resistant to all other antibiotics. Is it something to worry about? Please help.

Yes it is alot to worry as the bug is MDR and only sensitive to colistin and tigecycline.
Its better to start both in full doses if the general health and serum creatinine permits as each one is a very poor antibiotic.
You can also add a carbapenem to it emperically as studies say that a carbapenem added to colistin increases the penetration of colistin and results are much better
