The sagging can be corrected surgically.Most of the creams and pills do not help.If you are not surgically inclined then Underwire or support bras may be the answer.see cosmetic-plastic-surgeon.com/breast, for surgical correction

Hi.. Sagging breast can be treated by various methods.. You have breast firming creams commercially available which can be tried.. Swimming and yoga exercises will help in tightening the chest muscles.. Proper bra is essential..
