Treatment For Ovarian Cyst, Hypoechoic Lesion, Pelvic Pain, Bloated Stomach?
Hi I have had many ultrasounds and transvaginal ultra sounds and it always comes back that I have a ovarian cyst well now it is showing 3 cyst one they listed maybe a hypoechoic lession wich may represent a complex or hemorrhagic cyst. I also have bad pelvic pain alot my stomach is really bloated painful periods and durribg intercoarse and abnormal bleeding with my period and inbetween periods this has been going on for almost a year it also shows free fluid adjacent to both ovaries and nabothian cyst in the cerviz on the ultrasound. Im so confused please help me understand this

Besides the ovarian cysts you also must be having anemia, and infection.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole,cifixime,ornidazole,and hematinics,to controle the anemia and infection.
Take more of green leafy vegetables,pulses,sprouts,and protein rich foods to have blood,general health and resistance against infections.
