hi , im 19 yrs old and an aspiring bodybuilder , i am currently suffering from bad stomach infection and having liquid bowel movements every half an hour , my high protein/carb diet is completely screwed as im on liquid diet , my doc says it will take a week or so to recover . I am really worried as i have my competition this june and im fearing that this whole week may reduce my muscle size and deposit fat on my lower abdominal . PLEASE , i need your help as i worked really hard to get in shape for this summers contest . Hoping for the best
