I sprained my ankle 2 months ago. Got x rays no break it got better but not 100%. Sprained it again a few weeks ago got am x ray no break again it got better but not 100%. Sweeping went away both times. Then at random trauma it swelled up with extreme pain. ER visit and a xray no break. Swelling and pain went away and 4 days later extreme pain again now it seems like really hard swollen parts inside my sole around the back and under the ankle bone. Th last two times swelling goes down but never gone???????, any ideas?????
