tell me latest treatments for Punmonary arterial hypertension + ASD for my daughter age 26? she is now under madication [ sildenable citrate , digoxin, lasilactone] - diagonsed in july 2003 - condition stable - wt 50kg remains the same for 3 years -

Hi well come to HCM.
since she is on digoxin and lasilacton she has rt sided heart failure as well. If the
stage is non operable due to pulmonary hypertension than the prescribed treatment
is the standard one silldenable citrate Ie viagra or penagra etc will help her to
control pulmonary hypertension. Only in case of need drugs dose are to be altered and
thought to addition of drugs like Ace inhibitors, and Beta blockers can be given after
consulatation of your cardiologist in future, But at present better not to make any
alteration since she is stable. Thanks
