Trying To Conceive. Taking Ovacare Forte, Ovigyn-d For Irregular Periods. Will It Help In Conceiving?
hi mam... i got married 1 1/2 yrs ago in 2011 july. my problem is that i have irregular periods from the beginning .. after my marriage i consulted a gyn doc to regularise the same. and now i am on a dosage of ovacare forte and ovigyn - d . i wanted to know how it will help me in getting concieved. pls guide and advice me some diet .

Ovacare forte is a Multi vitamin and Amino acid supplement and Ovigyn Dl is HCG hormone which causes induction of Ovulation.
I would suggest you to have increased sexual activity around time of ovulation, which in case of 28 day cycl3e is around 14th day.
Consume plenty of water, green leafy vegetables which are rich in Folic acid and High fiber diet

Hi first of all I want u to have some lifestyle modifications like avoid stress, do some brisk walk daily atleast for 1/2 hr , avoid junk food and oily spicy food, take in moderate qty carb rich food like rice , potato, sweets
Get some initial blood test done, husband semen analysis and follicular study to see whether u r ovulating or not and then start with ovulation induction drugs
