Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
You are having Diabetes mellitus Type II and controlled on Insulin therapy which is the correct treatment for Diabetes type I.

You problem of itching in labia could be due to some kind of infection firstly fungus infection which is common in diabetic, other one is Urinary tract infection which is also common in diabetic.
Fungal infection can also occur between breast. if necessary anti allergy tablet like cetrizine may be used for symptomatic relief.

You need to visit your Physician and also Gynecologist and a Dermatologist if required.

Only cortisone creams are not useful in fact you should not use them.
Your condition once diagnosed can be treated with appropriate local and systemic treatment.
Keep the area dry and clean and I am sure you will improve in few days, but take complete treatment.

Hope this helps
Take care.
Good Luck.
