sir i m pushpa m 33 yrs old ..today my ultrasound reports come ..i m going to describe the status of report--liver is in normal size&shows mild diffuse increase in echogenecity.a well defined somogenously hyperechoic sol measuring approx 29 into 18mm seen superiorly in the right lobe s/o hemangioma(speel mistake) dilatation seen. sir plz describe it...mmm very tensiond plzz rply

Hello,

Don't panic.
The ultrasound of your liver is normal.
There is a hemangioma in your liver.
It is normal to find hemangioma of the liver in ultrasound of the normal population.
The hemangioma is usually congenital. It is present from your birth.
If there is any increase in the size of the hemangioma from the previous ultrasound than it may a cause for concern.
If it is asymptomatic then there shouldn't be any problem.
