Hello
Thank you for your query.
The dimensions of your uterus are normal, and just as individuals have different height, weight and structure, uterine sizes also differ from person to person.
So please do not worry about it, as the rest of your
ultrasound is normal.
Also, during certain phases of the menstrual cycle, due to congestion, uterus appears bulky.
Other causes are fibroid uterus,
adenomyosis, cancer etc but all of these would show up on the ultrasound, which is not the case.
A bulky uterus is certainly not a reason not to get pregnant.
Consult a good
infertility specialist and have a thorough work up done, including
hormonal profile, tubal testing and
semen analysis of your partner.
Take care.
