Unable To Do MRA Due To Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity. Can CTS Show The Problem?

What are CTA's generally used to detect vs MRA. I have severe electromagnetic hypersensitivity so I cannot stay in an MRA for a 2 hour test, will CTA show problems with blood flow ? I am also allergic to Iodine, is there another type of contrast that can be used?
