Unable To Reduce Stomach Fat After Pregnancy. Tried Cal Carb, Phytolaca Berry. How To Reduce Belly Fat?
my belly did not reduce much after three pregnancies/surgery. I am not an eater person too much just take as per the need. dont like sweets. Reducing too much of diet lowers my blood pressure . All body parts like legs/arms etc are slim, it is only that the belly looks like a pregnant woman. I have been using cal carb, phytolaca berry, fucus etc etc no weight reduced
Weight Loss is a Practice of daily habits not any magic bullet
May I know your Age, Weight & Height ? Is it true your Hips and Thigh are heavy mass. If it is you may follow :
- Yoga & Pranayama for 30 mins. per day
- Practice Low Fat Diet Plan - Always sit on floor avoid chair. Prefer to walk and use life, car for short distance.
- Avoid Carbs. , add proteins, reduce to use Toxic food
- Use essential fatty acid & Fiber in daily diet
