Unable To Retract Penis Foreskin During Sex, Vein Attached To Outer Skin. Surgery Required?

hi, im XXXX, i live in XXXXX and i cant really put my penis skin back properly the outer skin at the tip of it has a vein attached to the inner, and it hurts a lot wen i try and pull it back because of the vein i cannot have sex properly its un comfortable do i need to have a small operation to remove the vein or can you help please

hello,
You are probably suffering from PHIMOSIS (Failure to retract foreskin of the penis).
It is often painful to retract and uncomfortable to sex.
Need to do small surgery,called CIRCUMCISION to get rid of the problem.
So consult with general surgeon and take suggestive measures. Also maintain personal hygiene.
