Unconsciousness, Dizziness, Headaches, Have A Chipped Tooth, Low BP. Suggest?
hi i was walking today and i fell. im not sure if i fainted or tripped. i fell face plant, meaning i fell on my face. i was surprised that my arms didnt shoot out in front to block me which makes me think i fainted. after i got up i was dizzy for a minute then was fine. my head hurt though, i chipped a tooth. i dont know if it just means low blood pressure or something?
Your clinical symptoms and history suggest that low blood pressure is causing you dizziness, headaches and fainting, due to which you had a fall.
So a detailed clinical evaluation by your Physician is needed to confirm the cause and plan aprropriate treatment. I would encourage you to visit to your Physician and get the checkup done at your earliest.
Meantime you can maintain proper hydration by taking taking oral rehydration solution and home made soft and liquid diet.
After your condition becomes stable, you can visit to a Dentist a get an x-ray of the chipped tooth, it can be treated with a restorative material, or if it is involving pulp tissue it can be RCT treated followed by prosthetic crown placement.
Hope this helps out.
