Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Retinoids are the final option for treatment of acne.

If you are not getting any response, ask your doctor regarding retinoids.

Using a keratolytic face wash thrice a day will also help.

Meet a dermatologist if recquired,

Let me know if you have any other doubts.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
