Undergone Testicle Repair Surgery After Trauma, Blood In The Semen During Masturbation. Normal?

Hi, I recently ruptured my testicle (3 weeks ago) and had surgery to repair it. About a week ago, so two weeks after surgery i masturbated and there it was heavily concentrated with blood in my semen . I have since masturbated twice since and while there is a little less concentate of blood in the semen it is still quite largely present. Is this normal? or is there a probem there??

Hi ! It is good that your ruptured testicle was repaired successfully. There could be blood in the semen after testicular trauma, because the semen might have traveled the path stained with blood during the trauma. However, gradually it should come down as you have already noticed. In case of persistence of the problem, I would suggest you to visit your urologist for a review who may advise for you an ultrasound of the testes. Personally, I feel that you will be fine in due course. Wishing you an early recovery.
