Had triple bypass in 2009, September. Recently started having severe chest pain I believe related to the wires used to bind the sternum. Also have pain in that area if I become angry or excited. Don't understand why. Use Aspercreme topical cream which relieves some of the pain. Cold also affects the sternum, causes pain if cold air blows on my chest outside. Any suggestions?

The sternum area is quite tender and becomes more to it when incision made over this area, when ever it get touched or disturbed it starting paining or burning so you need to be very careful, keep your self away from all kind of stress, excitement with the time this thing will go away till then you will have to be very careful have nice day.
