Undergone Ventral Hernia Operation, Pain In Region Of Upper And Lower Incision, Pain Appears After Eating

I recently (June 2013) underwent ventral hernia operation by athroscopy and am continuing to get side pain in the region of the upper and lover incision on my right side, it usuallappears after eating I m not sure if this is related to the operation or is a new condition. It is quite painful and generally eases overnight when resting.

The pain that you feel is likely to be due to stress and strain and is not having food. This will gradually subside in 4-6 weeks after adequate rest and dietary modifications.
